Founder & Managing Partner

Dorothy is a healthcare professional and real estate investor with over a decade of nursing and healthcare leadership experience. She previously managed a 50-bed memory care facility and is passionate about patient-centered care in smaller, home-like environments. At 64 Capital Group, she leads underwriting, acquisitions, and value-add strategy for multifamily and assisted living communities across the Midwest and Arizona — combining clinical insight with disciplined investment analysis to develop communities that deliver both exceptional care and long-term value.

Victoria Mwarey, FNP

Co-Founder • MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Victoria is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Residential Assisted Living investor with more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. With advanced training in Public Health Nursing and Social Gerontology, she specializes in geriatric care and chronic disease management. At 64 Capital Group, she focuses on developing boutique assisted living communities that support aging in place with personalized care — integrating clinical oversight with strategic real estate investment to ensure every community meets the highest standards of resident wellness and financial performance.

Claire Mwarey, RN

Partner & Principal

Claire is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience at the University of Kansas Health System and co-founder and director of Rapha Hospital and Clinics in Kenya — a 100-bed healthcare facility. At 64 Capital Group, she evaluates assisted living acquisitions through a clinical lens, assessing care quality, staffing models, and operational efficiency to ensure strong investment performance and exceptional resident outcomes.
